RuPaul’s Superstar Saga

Well sometimes you just gotta look back and really pat yourself on the back for everything you’ve done. The Lore Boys are officially 20 episodes in, and we’ve taken all our best memes and put them in one big fishing pot to tell you guys about ourselves and everyone’s favourite Italian plumber.

This episode we’re each taking some of our favourite moments of Mario canon and we’ll each take a short turn at hosting. We also talk about what got us into podcasting, and how we feel the show has gone so far. Following this, there will be a two week hiatus from regular episodes while Ethan is away on vacation and while we reevaluate the format and content of the show. If you have suggestions, please let us know! We will still be releasing content while we’re on hiatus, so make sure to keep tuning in for more stuff from us.

Thanks to everyone who listens and supports us. Doing this show has come to mean a lot to us, and you all are what makes it worth it!

Dungeons, Dragons, and Fishing Pots

Lore Boys are here, to tell a couple Tales from Toril in the most relatable way possible; in Lindsey Lohan terms, of course. We’re here to tell you all about how and why a world of fantasy and adventure was created, and maybe a bit about why so many geeks like us have been playing since the 70s.

We talk about Steve Aoki creating the universe, the benefits of pouring beer out on your crotch, how Mrs. Doubtfire was a pretty bad dad, and, of course giant, ugly, four-armed slugs dancing to make magic. Remember, ‘you wouldn’t download a god,’ but download this episode and you won’t have to!

If you have time, make sure to head to  iTunes to leave us a natural 20 for a review! If you want more great Lore Boys content, grab your luckiest dice set and make sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube as well.

As always, our lawful good alignment means we have to mention Eric Skiff, and how awesome it was that he lets us use his song, A Night of Dizzy Spells, as our intro and outro.

Who is Crasher Soze?

What if everything was cold forever? The Lore Boys have taken a break from worrying about the heat death of the Universe to bring you another episode of hilarity-filled video game lore! Today’s topic: the Crash Bandicoot series.
That’s right, everyone’s favorite lizard — ehm, I mean, marsupial — makes his Lore Boys debut, and we’re handing out pizza fliers with this game-box! We talk real possum-skin couches. A dingo that can use a phone. How too many cooks can spoil the crash. Sonic’s ass. And naturally, Crystals: they look like crystals.
If you like the episode and want more, make sure to check out our iTunes to leave us a review! If you want more great Lore Boys content, make sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube as well.

As always, we’re saying “whooaa” to Eric Skiff for the use of his song, “A Night of Dizzy Spells” as our theme song.
